BARBERA D'ALBA D.O.C.

This generous wine of great breeding is made from barbera grapes grown
on some old vineyards in prime sites on the hill of Treiso.

Their essential properties are extracted during fermentation at a controlled temperature,
with maceration on the skins lasting for around ten days.

The wine then acquires its balance and vinosity through malolactic fermentation
before maturing in traditional small casks.

TASTING NOTES
Purple colour showing good intensity.
Fruity, vinous bouquet, very expansive and persistent.
Round, dry flavour, nicely tart.
Considerable structure shows off its great personality.
