Barbera: the “legendary wine” of the local author Cesare Pavese.
This splendid wine expresses all the classic typical qualities

of the barbera grapes produced on some of our old vineyards
located in the very best wine-growing area in the commune of Agliano d’Asti.

Fermented at a controlled temperature and matured for more than six months
in small oak barrels, it is then aged in the bottle prior to its release.

TASTING NOTES
Intense purple red colour, with shades of garnet.
Very long, big bouquet, showing inviting ripe fruit and spices.
Warm, soft and silky flavour. Great structure and excellent balance.
