Our members were the first growers to plant this variety on our hills, many years ago.

The marl-rich soil and ideal microclimate have
allowed us to obtain wines with surprising characteristics.

Only a limited quantity is produced, fermenting 100% Chardonnay grapes
off the skins at a low temperature in new tonneaux made of French oak.
Batonnage helps to obtain the beneficial effects of the wine staying in contact with its lees.

TASTING NOTES
Straw-yellow colour with greenish nuances.
Long, intense and complex bouquet; inviting fruit, with a touch of vanilla; savoury and nicely round.
