DOLCETTO D'ALBA D.O.C.

A lovely dry red wine, beautifully fruity and fragrant,
made from the finest dolcetto grapes harvested on our vineyards.

Great structure and elegance, and packed with aromas and flavours.
Recommended with all the dishes of our local cuisine, from starters right through to cheeses,
this is the “everyday” wine of the people of the Langa.

After its fermentation, this wine is kept in stainless steel until it is bottled.

TASTING NOTES
Considerably intense ruby red colouring, with appealing purplish nuances.
The bouquet is fragrant and vinous at the same time;
very ample and fruity, with a long finish.
Dry, round, and nicely bitterish, this is an elegant,
well-structured wine with just the
right acid balance and softness making it easy to drink.
