Our grappas
– all strictly varietals –
are made from an accurate distillation of
lightly-pressed fresh pomace in special steam stills.




MIACARA

This special, rare and delicate elixir, romantically
called “my dear one”, is distilled in copper stills from the must of
Moscato grapes grown on our vineyards fermented on their skins.
The colour is crystal-clear.
The aromatic, intense, and extraordinarily fine bouquet is typical of ripe Moscato grapes.
The soft taste, featuring a subtle wealth of fruity flavours and a long finish,
gives this distillate delicacy, style and great elegance.
