A generous, dry red wine that is fruity and sapid, made with the best grapes from some of our oldest vineyards. A very well-structured wine with a wealth of aromas and flavours that make it versatile enough to be drunk throughout the meal, it goes very well with cold cuts, first courses, white meats and cheeses.

Grapes are harvested and meticulously selected when fully ripe, and vinification is begun immediately. The must ferments on the skins in special tanks for at least 10 days at a temperature of about 29°C. Malolactic fermentation is carefully developed after racking.
6/8 months in small oak casks.
Deep purplish red with delicate garnet highlights.
Winey and fruity, characteristic of the varietal, very full and persistent.
Dry, well-balanced and pleasantly acid, it has remarkable structure and great personality.
