Nebbiolo (Lampia, Michet)
The must ferments on the skins for 12-15 days, with frequent pumping over and plunging of the cap below the surface. Fermentation then continues for a further 30 days with the cap submerged. Malolactic fermentation takes place immediately after.
18 months of traditional medium-capacity Slovenian oak casks.
Garnet red with ruby highlights.
Intense, with pepper, chocolate and liquorice notes.
Harmonious and velvety, very approachable.
